The ISO certification reflects our achievements and dedication in meeting a worldwide standard of consistent quality practices. Certified since 2004, Automated Foundry Solutions parent company, Advanced Tooling Specialists, has continued to be re-certified every six months through independent auditors.

Lean Six Sigma Process Management
The implementation of Lean Six Sigma achieves results through the identification, removal and prevention of waste in the system and the reduction of defects. The Lean Six Sigma method employs a number of different tools and methods to enable AFS to achieve better operational performance resulting in exceptional customer based performance

Theory of Constraints – TOC
AFS has made significant investment in implementing TOC tools to continually improve engineering and production schedules while accurately predicting needed parts and components. In combination with Critical Chain Project Management practices, our team continues to deliver exceptional value to all customers.

ERP System
All administrative programs at AFS have been merged into a full service ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solution called Visual Manufacturing. This application provides company-wide access to a multitude of customer and project information that helps streamline workflow and quicken the pace of customer service at all levels.
